Naruto gets punched (metaphorically) with a realization about his feelings for Sasuke during an inopportune moment which causes him to think (real hard) about his real feelings.

After being diagnosed with hanahaki, Naruto goes on a mission to find Sasuke and confess his feelings to try and cure the disease, as the only other option is a surgery that would render him incapable of loving anyone. The mission fails and a weakened Naruto is captured by Danzo and forced to get the surgery so the village doesn't lose a valuable asset.
What will Sasuke do when he finds out Naruto's love was taken from him, and what will he do to fix it?

Now, if only he could convince his previous host and her husband that he really is here to prevent the world from ending.

While on a routine mission, Team Ro encounters a mysterious one-armed man with a very familiar face. The idea of time travel is preposterous, but what other explanation could there be for a much older and much angrier version of Itachi's little brother appearing out of nowhere? Itachi doesn't know what happened to make his brother so bitter and lonely, but he's determined to not let it happen again. If only this older version of Sasuke wasn't so uncooperative.

Even at the moment of the hiraishin's conception, Tobirama knew the dangers of meddling with the very threads that make up the fabric of existence. He knew that repeated usage only made it easier to traverse between the dimensions because the user became physically more susceptible to slipping through the cracks.
But knowing something is possible theoretically is very different from experiencing it for himself.
